Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

A: We are currently an online shop.


Q: I’ve added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.

A: Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.


Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

A: Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and delivery.


Q: DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

A: Yes. You can check your size chart here.


Q: THE PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT ME. CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

A: About The Goods will gladly return or exchange an item. Email info@aboutthegoods.co ASAP to request a refund/exchange along with your order number. Items to be returned/exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. About The Goods must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
